In our one-on-one private sessions, you get personalized attention and a schedule that fits your busy life. Want to train with your crew? Our semi-private classes are perfect for teammates or friends who want to push each other, get stronger, and build their athletic skills together. Whether solo or with your squad, you'll feel the difference and see the results!

STRICTLY PRIVATE (APPOINTMENT BASED)

This time is dedicated to you and YOU alone. You will have the opportunity to schedule with coach Amber one-on-one on a weekly basis with a time that fits your schedule.

SEMI-PRIVATE (APPOINTMENT BASED)

Designed for teammates and groups of friends, this class clusters individuals who demonstrate similar athletic abilities and training experience and helps to tailor and refine specific sport movement qualities within a small group setting (MAX CAPACITY OF 6 ATHLETES).
